HoHo Hayrides- Friday Evening

Get ready for the HoHo Hayrides at Hidden Valley Orchards: Santa Claus is comin' to town, y'all, and he's making a special stop at HVO! Join us for an enchanting Christmas experience as Hidden Valley Orchards is transformed into a winter wonderland.

TICKET  INFORMATION:

• Price: $20 per person (Children aged 2 and under are free and must sit on a lap during the hayride).
• Ticket includes: Access to the Jingle Bell Crafts & Cocoa Barn, a hayride to HVO's Creekside Christmas Cabin for bonfire s'mores, and a magical visit with Santa!

CHECK-IN  DIRECTIONS:

1. Park your "sleigh" (car) and walk across the front of the Market Barn.
2. Locate the charming little brown check-in shack.
3. Show the friendly elf at the station your ticket or provide them with the name on your ticket.
4. Stroll down the road and visit the Jingle Bell Crafts & Cocoa Barn and the Crate Room to enjoy some crafts and refreshments while you wait for your ticket group to be called.
5. Get ready to create some enchanting memories!

TICKET  GROUPS:

DASHER  - Arrive at 6:00pm

DANCER  - Arrive at 6:30pm

PRANCER  - Arrive at 7:00pm

VIXEN -  Arrive at 7:30pm

COMET -  Arrive at 8:00pm

CUPID -  Arrive at 8:30pm

HVO  HOLIDAY FEATURED AREAS:

Creekside  Christmas Cabin:

• Your hayride will lead you to our cozy cabin in the woods. Enjoy the bonfire and maybe even a s'more before or after your visit with Santa!

Jingle  Bell Crafts & Cocoa Barn:

• Choose from a variety of crafts and write a special letter to Santa while sipping on delicious hot cocoa.

Crate  Room:

• Open for refreshments for purchase, including mixed drinks, hot apple cider, and HVO's homemade soups.

Cratemas  Tree:

• Marvel at our towering Cratemas Tree made from a stack of apple crates, and even make an ornament to decorate it in the Jingle Bell Crafts & Cocoa Barn.

Fire  Pits:

• Our fire pits will be aglow to keep you warm, so please dress appropriately for the weather as this is an outdoor event!

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Advance registration is mandatory; no walk-ups will be permitted.
• Children under 2 can ride on laps and do not require a ticket.
• Tickets must be purchased for individuals aged 3 and up.
• Please double-check your ticket for the correct time and date before purchasing.
• Arrive at or before your loading time, and we will ensure the wagons depart on schedule for each session. Our tractor-drawn wagons can accommodate approximately 20 people, plus lap riders (children under 2). Don't worry if you miss the first tractor for your Ticket Group; there will be another one shortly.
• Tickets are non-refundable; please verify the date and time before purchasing.
• This event takes place rain or shine. In the event of a cancellation by HVO, your registration fee will be refunded, less a $1.50 processing fee.
• Advance registration is required; no pets are allowed on the wagon, so please leave your furry friends at home. Thank you!
