You may come and go from your table throughout the duration of your party time!

Please check in at the Main Market and we will direct you to the Long Barn. 

All party-goer registration tickets are non-refundable. Rain or Shine event.  

There are capacity restrictions for the Long Barn. Please purchase a ticket for all those attendees needing a party seat and admission band. 

You may bring your own table decor or balloons. 

This is a come and go, open house style event. Your Table will be reserved for the two hours while you enjoy and explore the farm. If after your party time concludes you would like to stay longer, there is plenty of gathering areas so you can stay and play!  

If you would like to book a full day, please reserve the same amount of tickets for the second party session of the day and your table is yours through 3pm!

• Host family please arrive 15 minutes early to decorate and greet your guests! 
• Please bring your own paper products or other decor. 
• Outside cupcakes/celebration cake welcome. 
• No smoking, outside food or alcoholic beverages permitted on grounds at Hidden Valley Orchards. 
• Service Animals welcome.
